We find, of course, the must-haves such as our selection of refined salads. This selection of 12 plates includes our homemade orange and carrot salad, as well as our famous “eggplant caviar”. As well as our selection of briouates, mini puff pastries filled typically Moroccan, with multiple flavours: Kafta, spinach and cheese, seafood or small vegetables.
